Dolphin Centre Division 4 s/c

It's that time of the year again, the slalom season is upon us and it's now time for the first race of the season!

The Tigers are hosting the first race of the season on Saturday 26th February 2011. This is the first opportunity for a lot of our youngsters to try slalom in a race environment. It was a fantastic event last year so lets see if we can improve and make it better.

We will have all the c1s and c2s there for people to try, can we beat the 26 c2 crews we had last year?

racing starts at 7pm, but we could do with a hand sorting out entries and the course from 6. i've made a facebook event that is open, so feel free to invite your mates and given that it is a pool slalom no prior experience is necessary!

If anyone is able to bring a few boats over from the Centre that would be good

they're all on the trailer, 2 c2s, 3 c1s and a few kayaks, even 1 would be good, you know what they say about light hands and work!

not sure if there are any, you can stretch a kayak one over it, or use a nylon one. I might have one, I'll see...

thanks to everyone who attended last night, was a really good event and pleased to have so much support.

Was good to see so many people helping out and so many people giving canoe slalom a go.
