Winter Training sessions

Mondays -
3:30 - 4:30 - St John's (only) pool advanced session - mainly polo sessions, but general skills will be practiced
4:30 - 5:30 - St John's pool beginners
5:00-6:00 - Stockton-on-Tees - Beginners slalom
6:30 - 7:30 - Stockton-on-Tees - Tees Tigers senior slalom session, invitation only

Tuesdays -
5:30 - 6:30 - Stockton-on-Tees - physical training session for the junior paddlers, but everyone's welcome now that the winter is here and polo is over!
7:00 - 8:00 - Education Village - Darlington - Tees Tigers novice pool session. This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to roll! Sessions start on 12 October, sign up for 6 week blocks (speak to Darren)

Wednesday -
6:00 - 7:00 - Stockton-on-Tees -Circuit training, anyone can join in, the session is designed to be inclusive and all the seniors and juniors train together. Really good session if you are serious about competing or just want to keep fit!
8:00 - 10:00 - Aycliffe Swimming pool - Tees Tigers polo evening, starting from the first week in October, our "serious" pool session will start up again.

Thursday -
there is potential for a session to be run in stockton, but at the moment there has been little interest, let me know if this would interest you and we can see what can be done, there is potential a session might start up anyway, so don't be shy, you don't have to confirm!
6:30 - 7:30 - Durham Uni Canoe Club - Wear Whoppers - River racing session up in Durham, really good fitness session and good fun with the group.

Saturday -
8:30 - 10:00 - Abbey Rapids - Seniors session, invitation only
10:00 - onwards - Abbey Rapids/green bridge dependong on the river level - all tigers welcome

Sunday -
Keep asking, we're probably doing something!

Just for clarity as a few people have asked, the early session Saturday session is a training opportunity, not a coached session. The prem paddlers need to train too, but if any of the youngsters are invited along, they are welcome to join in, but if they can't keep up or reduce teh quality of the session, they will be asked to leave.

The later sessions will have full coaching input.

Just thinking of access ageement.

a further amendment, I keep assuming that people are away as much as me!

We won't be starting until the first weekend in November.
