there has been quite a bit of debate under training about what we should do with the pool, so here goes!

This pole will lead to change if necessary, so use your vote wisely.

based on the votes to date a slim majority prefer the sessions as they are.

I hope that if people still have issues they let me know, but for the time being, we'll leave them as they are.
